What is your return policy if the rug doesn't suit my space?
We offer a 'Risk-Free' returns policy. If you don't love your rug, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We even arrange the courier pickup for you to make the process seamless.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your rug leaves our warehouse.
Are your rugs pet and kid-friendly?
